Keppel Capital và Keppel Land vừa ra mắt Quỹ Keppel Việt Nam (Quỹ), Quỹ tập trung đầu tư vào lĩnh vực bất động sản với số vốn mục tiêu lên tới 600 triệu USD. Quỹ đã đạt được thỏa thuận đầu tiên 400 triệu USD, bao gồm cam kết cùng đầu tư từ một quỹ đầu tư quốc tế.
Với lịch sử hoạt động kinh doanh thành công của Keppel Land tại Việt Nam, Quỹ sẽ đầu tư các dự án bất động sản bên cạnh các dự án của Keppel Land bao gồm dự án nhà ở, thương mại, khu phức hợp và khu đô thị tại Hồ Chí Minh và Hà Nội. Alpha Investment, đơn vị quản lý quỹ của Keppel Capital sẽ quản lý Quỹ và Keppel Land sẽ và đơn vị phát triển và quản lý bất động sản. Quỹ dự kiến sẽ quản lý tài sản trị giá lên tới 1 tỷ USD.

Keppel Capital Holdings Pte. Ltd. (Keppel Capital), in collaboration with Keppel Land Limited (Keppel Land), has launched the Keppel Vietnam Fund (the Fund), a Vietnam-focused real estate fund with a target fund size of US$600 million. The Fund has achieved its first closing of US$400 million, including co-investment commitment from a global institutional investor.
Leveraging Keppel Land’s strong track record in Vietnam, the Fund seeks to invest alongside Keppel Land in real estate projects, including residential developments, commercial properties as well as mixed-use projects and townships in Vietnam, with a focus on Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Alpha Investment Partners Limited, the private fund management arm of Keppel Capital, will be the fund manager, while Keppel Land will be the development and property manager of the properties in the Fund. When fully leveraged and invested, the Fund will potentially have assets under management of approximately US$1 billion.
